Return and Refund Policy for Amino Nutrition
At Amino Nutrition (aminonutrition.in), we are committed to providing you with the highest quality sports nutrition supplements. Because our products are consumable goods, we maintain strict quality control and hygiene standards.
Please read our Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Conditions for Returns and Replacements
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," flavor preferences, or opened/used items.
We will only accept a return or issue a replacement under the following circumstances:

Wrong Product Delivered: You received a different product, size, or flavor than what you ordered.

Damaged or Tampered Product: The product was severely damaged in transit, or the inner safety seal was broken upon arrival. (Note: Minor cosmetic dents on tubs that do not affect the inner seal are not eligible for return).

Expired Product: You received a product that is past its expiration date.
2. The Mandatory Unboxing Video
To protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for any return, replacement, or refund claim.

The video must clearly show the shipping label, the sealed package from all sides before opening, and the actual opening of the package.

The video must clearly capture the issue (e.g., broken seal, wrong item, damaged tub).

Claims without a valid, unedited unboxing video will not be entertained.
3. How to Initiate a Claim
If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps:

Report within 48 Hours: You must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.

Contact Us: Email our support team at support@aminonutrition.in or WhatsApp us at 7276167777.

Provide Details: Include your Order Number, registered email/phone number, a brief description of the issue, and attach the unboxing video and clear photos of the product/shipping label.
Our team will review your claim within 24-48 business hours. If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the product. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags and invoices intact.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking): The refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after approval.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We do not offer cash refunds. For COD orders, you will be asked to provide your bank account details or UPI ID. The refund will be transferred to your account within 5-7 business days after approval.

Alternatively, you may choose to receive your refund as Store Credit for faster processing, which can be used for future purchases on aminonutrition.in.
5. Order Cancellations

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact us immediately to request a cancellation.

After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped and the tracking number is generated, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse delivery of a prepaid order at the doorstep, a flat deduction of โน[Insert Amount, e.g., 150] will be applied to cover two-way shipping and handling charges, and the balance will be refunded.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Products that have been opened, used, or have a broken inner safety seal.

Products purchased during clearance sales, flash sales, or using promotional freebie offers.

Free promotional merchandise (e.g., shakers, t-shirts) provided with the order.
